One of the principles of retrospectives in particular and agile coaching in general is to help your clients discover their own goals and ways to achieve them. Scrum, on the opposite, appears to provide predefined templates for product and organizational development. This session tried to dig out different perspectives on the reasons for current misconceptions, their impact and ways to develop further.
